Members of the Board of Peel Town Commissioners
The seven members of the Peel Town Commissioners have been elected by the people of the Peel to administer the range of local government functions
The Commissioners make themselves readily available to all residents and ratepayers of the Town to answer any queries or to take up any local government-related problems that arise. They appoint a Chairman and Vice Chairman for each municipal year, which runs from 1st May.
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at 7pm at the Town Hall.
The work of the Commissioners is controlled by the Town Clerk, Mr Derek Sewell, assisted by a Finance Officer, Technical Officer, other office staff within the Town Hall and other outdoor staff such as craftsmen and general labourers.
